This is an email scam that appears to be an urgent reminder from your domain name registrar that you need to renew immediately or risk losing your website domain name. A careful look at the email “From” address shows that the email is not from your registrar. This is an attempt to move your domain name to the scammers registrar usually at ridiculous renewal rates, if they even follow thru with the renewal after taking your money.
This scam may also come as postal mail on official looking paperwork.
Delete these emails or toss the paperwork in the trash. If in doubt, login to your domain registrar and check your domain name expiration dates.
